Job Description
Adoniece Travels is hiring a Client Relations Manager to oversee client satisfaction and retention across all our service lines. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolve complaints, gather feedback, and work with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery. This role requires a personable professional who excels at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in client relations, account management, or customer service.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to manage client portfolios and track satisfaction metrics.
Experience in the travel or professional services industry is preferred.
